The learner will recognize the requirements of the ITERS-R subscales and explain the reasons why they are considered indicators of quality infant/toddler classrooms. A plan will be constructed using the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scales to increase early learning experiences for Infants and toddlers in group care.
