Do you know how much physical activity you need to be getting? Children need at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day! Children need developmentally appropriate activities that are fun in order to successfully get the amount of physical activity needed. Adults need at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of physical activity each week, however being active at least 5 hours each week leads to more health benefits. So get up and get moving! Your body will thank you!
