Volunteers are critical to accomplishing DEPC vision, mission and goals and to engaging families and the community in DEPC’s programs, services and initiatives.
Action Learning Volunteer Opportunities supports and sustains volunteers by offering them options to self-select their ongoing volunteer opportunity (action area). In addition, training and coaching is provided in their selected action area by the Ready Communities staff, DEPC program staff and the DEPC Volunteer Coordinator.
