DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed to empower teachers and facilitators with the skills and mindset necessary to create a safe and nurturing environment for their students. Participants will learn how to deepen their connection with their audience\, provide unwavering support\, and foster a space of trust where vulnerability is encouraged. Key topics include self-compassion\, empathy\, active listening\, conflict resolution\, and inclusivity.
