DESCRIPTION:This training is the updated version of the North Carolina Playground Safety training adapted from the 2009 Playground Safety Training created by Dr. Karen DeBord at North Carolina State University. This training continues to reflect Dr. Bedford’s vision while also following the Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) guidelines and requirements that ensure the safety of each child while in an outdoor learning environment.
