DESCRIPTION:This training provides participants with an introduction to Foundations\, North Carolina’s new Early Learning and Development expectations\, how they are structured\, and how to implement them in early childhood setting. The revised Foundations spans birth to age 5 and includes goals\, developmental indicators\, and strategies in five developmental domains. DESCRIPTION:Be Active Kids is a signature program of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation and the only comprehensive physical activity based program dedicated to improving the health and development from birth to five in NC. This guide is largely focused on fundamental motor skill development and movement concepts.
