Leadership and Administration for Success in Early Childhood Programs Module 1

What is leadership, Ethics, and Community within the Organization. The ability of early childhood program administrators to apply leadership experience, knowledge, and skills is key to the success of the child care program. Administrators need access to formal instructional opportunities that address their complex roles of directors and their many areas of responsibility. This module provides child care center administrators with the opportunity to learn about the importance of leadership in their work as an administrator, and the opportunity to explore their personal leadership skills.
