Art of Connection

This workshop aims to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to create, maintain, and benefit from safe spaces and positive relationships, both in their personal and professional lives. Meaningful relations are a vital component of personal and communal growth, as well as professional fulfillment.  The 2-hour workshop will empower participants to cultivate deep connections with themselves and the people with whom they live, work, and play.  No matter how much we want to connect, in healthy, purposeful ways, we do not always have the skill to do so.    Come with an open mind to explore your perception of connection and learn some tools of a transformative art form.
