This workshop is designed to empower teachers and facilitators with the skills and mindset necessary to create a safe and nurturing environment for their students. Participants will learn how to deepen their connection with their audience, provide unwavering support, and foster a space of trust where vulnerability is encouraged. Key topics include self-compassion, empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, and inclusivity. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and real-world practice, attendees will leave with the tools to become compassionate, effective educators.
