The Latino Hispanic Outreach Committee (LHOC) is designed to build connections and collaborations among agencies, individuals and organizations who serve or desire to serve Latino Hispanic families. LHOC promotes community driven action steps around health, early care and education, family support programs and other community programs and initiatives, while increasing understanding of Latino and Hispanic culture.
