The Down East Partnership for Children will be at the 2015 Community for Unity Festival on Saturday, July 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Greater Joy at Boone Street Park. We will be on hand for enrollment in NC Pre-K, the Incredible Years program for parents of children 3-5 years of age (this program begins Aug. 27) and the 2015-2016 scholarship program for child care.
