Beginning in August, DEPC will be providing Edgecombe and Nash County residents with a free and easy way to screen your child to determine if they are developmentally “on track”. The Ages and Stages Questionnaire -3 (ASQ-3) and the Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social Emotional (ASQ-SE) screening tools can help your family determine if your child is reaching their developmental milestones.
The ASQ-3 and the ASQ-SE are nationally recognized reliable screening tool for children ages birth to five. These screening tools will help your family to determine if you may want to pursue further evaluation of your child’s development.
