We are sad to report that DEPC lost a dear friend and staff member this week. James Bellamy, Ready Communities Specialist, was a beloved colleague and brought light to us all at DEPC and everyone that knew him in the community.
A Musical Celebration of Life will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 at Truth Tabernacle Ministries, 704 Arlington Street, in Rocky Mount, N.C.
A Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the Funeral Service following the Visitation, beginning at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, at Truth Tabernacle Ministries. The Interment will take place in Graceland Cemetery in Albany, New York.
In lieu of flowers, there are two opportunities to honor James through monetary gifts: A Scholarship fund has been established for Darius and Jared Bellamy, James’ sons, at the State Employees Credit Union (#61670583) as well as a funeral fund at H.D. Pope Funeral Home in Rocky Mount to help with funeral expenses.
