1) Edgecombe County EOC (and partners like United Way) are helping to coordinate donations of goods for distribution throughout Edgecombe County. The donation management site is located at 3006 Anaconda Road, Tarboro, NC, and is open and accepting donations now. For more information contact the EOC Donations Management Center at 252-824-0108.
2) United Way Tar River Region is the drop site currently for Nash County. We will surely continue to see many items dropped here at the office at 2501 Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount, phone: 937-2213. As you know, we are asking for cleaning supplies, toiletries, baby items, bedding/ pillows/ towels, canned goods, etc. (see below to make a monetary donation)
3) The Salvation Army Resale Stores are the drop site for clothing, household items and furniture can be dropped at either 2153 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, phone: 972-4141 or 2215 St. Andrew Street, Tarboro, phone: 641-4418.
